Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Retention Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

Who We Are:

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 22,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

• Receive and return inbound sales inquiries by phone and internet; answer and set up new or expanded services to those inquiries
• Contact existing accounts and determine why oil production has slowed or stopped; reinstate services or clear accounts that are no longer in business
• Receive and return inbound cancellation requests by phone and internet
• Make all reasonable attempts to salvage and retain accounts, and when accounts cannot be saved, facilitate the cancellation
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required
• Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required
• Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone
• Reliable, hard working, and motivated

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.

Salary: $27/hour
