Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities

• Setup the workstations and cell phones for all new employees
• Provide support/troubleshoot technical questions/issues for all current employees
• Setup and maintain Hotspot services for employees
• Respond to tickets in a timely and considerate manner

Qualifications

• Three years experience setting up both Mac and PC workstations
• Five years business technical support experience onsite
• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
