Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a Night Auditor for our Salt Lake City International Airport. If you are a night owl and enjoy graveyard shifts, this position is for you! 

As an Airport Night Auditor Agent, you will be focused on interacting with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner. Multitask and prioritize effectively. Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions .

Responsibilities:

• open, close, extend car rental contracts

• greet customers and answer guests' questions regarding car descriptions, location, reservation confirmations

• promote upgrades; advising customers on other enhancement protection products services like damage waiver

• maintain and follow standards and procedures

• assist with other administrative and clerical duties as needed

• Answer phones and confirm customer reservations

• Complete vehicle inspections

• Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize productivity

• provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

Requirements

• must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• qualified candidates must be flexible to working nights and weekends

• hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen

• strong verbal and written communication skills

• high school diploma or G.E.D

• ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service

• minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience

• previous detail or car wash experience preferred
