Budget Blinds of Beaverton is Hiring a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative Near Tualatin, OR

If you answer yes to all these questions we want you! We need an amazing office assistant to cheerfully plan routing for our installation department and provide quick customer service to our clients. We are a small, family owned window covering business. We have built our team from the ground up and we only let super stars join our ranks. As a small business, this team member must be cross trained to cover all aspects of office administration in addition to the core items listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer office phones promptly and professionally
  • Design installation routes that provide efficiency
  • Schedule all installation appointments via phone or text
  • Produce daily installation packets for installers
  • Provide field support to installers throughout their day
  • Organize field reports and prepare customer service claims for all incomplete work
  • Follow up with customers after installation to resolve any issues
  • Meet with the Installation Manager weekly
  • Document all office activities
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean office

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Dispatching experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read a map and calculate drive times
  • Written & verbal communications use sophisticated language
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office, can type accurately and quickly
  • Experience with a CRM strongly preferred
  • Honest, Respectful and Service Oriented absolutely required
  • Good humor strongly preferred

What We Provide

  • Full time work that is family friendly Monday through Friday.
  • Pay is based on your experience $22-27/hour.
  • 3% match in a SIMPLE IRA program
