Why this Role is Important:

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new customers/locations.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and projects are going to plan.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
- Acting as the client's representative to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Perform regular check ins with current customers to determine satisfaction levels and any needed improvements.
- Conduct regular reviews with the customer going over program performance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or related Energy industry experience.
- Ability to prioritize and support multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work remotely and independently.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
Job Location: Shelton, CT: Hybrid work schedule
