SUMMARY:

This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm (eventual weekend availability needed). Strong applicants for our trimmer/harvest position will have experience growing and trimming marijuana, however it is not required. Most importantly we are looking for individuals that are team players, have a positive attitude, and the desire to learn.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • MED Occupational License (Employee Badge)
  • Valid driver's license and transportation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Quickly learning our method of growing and consistently replicate procedures.
  • Taking pride in the cultivation facility by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Learning and understanding the laws and regulations of Colorado cannabis compliance.
  • Removes excess plant material, water, and trash from all rooms.
  • Maintaining plant growth and ensuring a healthy garden.
  • Makes sure all operations of the grow facilities run smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate daily activity records and operation logs.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, contractors, and employees

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Have a general understanding of cannabis and growing mediums.
  • Possess knowledge of the growth stages of cannabis.
  • Desire to learn about cannabis and an open mind about different growing methods.
  • Consider themselves a hard-worker and a team player.
  • Be experienced with METRC plant and product tracking.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL EFFORT NEEDED:

  • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to execute the same task for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold environments.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to handle expensive company assets from various positions (i.e., standing, bending, kneeling).
  • Must be able to read and write numbers and letters and count.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

  • Safety shoes, safety glasses, dust and surgical masks, ear protection, hair/beard nets, various types of gloves
