Bucks County Technical High School has an immediate need for a permanent, full-time Landscape and Floral Design Instructor to join our team. Responsible for teaching the competency-based curriculum as validated by the Occupational Advisory Committee. The instructor will teach program that prepares students to apply knowledge and skills in horticulture, agriculture plant systems and related technology training.

The successful candidate will possess a PA Department of Education teaching certificate in Agriculture or a Vocational Certificate in Horticulture/Floriculture [2012] or have four [4] years documented work experience in the green industry and be willing to fulfill teaching certification requirements credits through Temple University.

Industry experience may include: commercial greenhouse management, botany, aquaponics, landscape architecture and pesticide safety. Also willing to be an FFA advisor and foster relationships with local agricultural agencies.

Experience:
