Within Buckingham’s Centralized Portfolio, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multifamily apartment community. The Property Manager will ensure that the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and ownership objectives. The Property Manager is responsible for the curb appeal and presentation of assigned assets.

Responsibilities

As Property Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of our multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and ownership objectives. You will oversee daily property administration, marketing and leasing, and asset preservation.
