PROPERTY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial performance . This will include financial budgeting and oversight, data analysis, tenant relations, lease administration, leasing and marketing, coordination of property maintenance and upkeep, property safety and security, vendor management, project management, event coordination and other tasks to ensure the effective operations of assigned properties. This position will have the responsibilities and duties listed below and will report to, and work directly with CEO.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain tenant occupancy and showing vacant units, and working with CEO to establish rental rates, and negotiate new deals.
Generate regular reporting to CEO as required.
Manage Lease administration for all commercial and residential tenants; this includes collection of rents and deposits, tracking and enforcing lease terms, coordinating any necessary legal actions or third-party collections, maintaining tenant and property files and administering tenant notices. Includes interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
Inspect and maintain the physical and aesthetic aspects of each property and coordinate repairs .
Oversee renovation projects, and mange contractor and tenant relationships through the construction process.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships .
Other tasks was necessary to support the property management and asset management functions.
Property Manager Qualifications/Skills:
Well organized with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with “ownership thinking” perspective applied to decision making.
Basic knowledge of real estate, market trends, leasing/sales, and accounting.
Experience with property management software.
Ability to work with others.
Ability to professionally communicate with diverse populations.
Ability to multi task.
Effectively present information to prospective or current tenants, investors and other professional partners and vendors.
Experience with PCs and Macs with skills in Word, Excel and other office programs.
Be discrete with receiving and handling sensitive information.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
