- This is for a Spanish Teacher position at Estrella Foothills High School for the 2021-22 school year - Spring Semester.

TITLE: Spanish Teacher

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 184 day contract (Prorated)

SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Placement on certified salary schedule per education and experience.

DUTIES:

• Agrees that during the period of the contract, s/he will teach such grade, grades or subjects, perform management duties, or other duties as assigned by the Assistant Principal, Principal, Superintendent, or Governing Board.
• Keeps school records as assigned.
• Complies with all rules, regulations, and policies of the Governing Board that related to the duties as prescribed.
• As part of their professional duties, and without additional compensation, teachers are responsible for acting as team care leaders and for sponsoring student organizations and activities as assigned by the administration. The assignments may be during, before, or after the teacher’s normal professional work day or on non-school days.
• Maintains current fingerprint and certification records and provides documentation to the school district office.

QUALIFCATIONS:

• Certification through the Arizona Department of Education.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The teacher reports directly to the Principal.
