Our company is looking to hire a qualified Maintenance Technician to help with our facility maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled work to maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and fix machines by replacing parts, using hand tools, or using power tools.
- Check to see that machines are working safely and to identify problems proactively.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and work in a food safe manner.
- Use company provided CMMS for daily documentation.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of critical parts used for repairs.
- Work independently, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency.
Requirements:
- First shift, 5:30 - 2:00 pm.
- Experience with three-phase 230/460-volt industrial electrical systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems and equipment.
- Experience with PVC plumbing and pipefitting techniques.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts, fork trucks, or other equipment used in building maintenance trades.
- Ability to lift/move 65 lbs. and ability to move 100 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
