Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Transact and reconcile daily inventory movements
- Research and correct inventory discrepancies and make recommendations to Lead for future improvement
- Perform daily cycle counts by following schedule and process set in place by Inventory Control Lead
- Perform inventory audits
- Fix PO and/or receiving issues
- Provides problem solving, troubleshooting, and feedback on questions regarding inventory
- Prepare for, participate in, and provide support for physical inventory
- Utilize MRP system to complete inventory transactions
- Delivers requested materials to production cells
- Assist in putting away materials and warehouse organization
- Use forklift to move product for counting
Qualifications
- Excellent communications skills
- Must possess excellent math and counting skills.
- Database management skills.
- Analytical, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Must possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
- Able to work well independently and as a team.
- Must be self-starter able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
