Description

Seeking an experienced Program Integrator with a strong background in supporting government acquisitions to support a Customer office that provides training to support the technical mission and technical occupations. The successful candidate will have competitive source selection experience, with related experience writing SOW’s and acquisition documentation. S/he will assist an acquisition effort that provides training, course development, technical integration, and facilities-classrooms for student development. The candidate will also support separate contract activities as directed by the Customer. In addition to acquisition duties, the candidate will perform programmatic support functions for the training office as needed. S/he will be knowledgeable of the Customer’s detailed contracting process and related security protocols. This position requires signing a Conflict-of-Interest agreement. 

Qualifications

• Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph. 
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience. 
• Successful acquisition planning experience. 
• Proven experience writing, reviewing, and supporting the composition and creation of acquisition documents. 
• Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into clearly written documents.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to work in a collaborative supportive environment with staff and contract teammates as one team. 
• Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables. 
• Strong communication and collaborations skills. 
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Ability to create and edit simple websites in support of an acquisition process, or the willingness to learn. 
• Successful experience using information sharing tools such as Confluence or Hive.
