We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The Host will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service in a dining or hospitality setting.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
