Collins Aerospace is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to be responsible for distribution and forecasting of interiors products. You may also be responsible for coordinating specific SIOP processes and reporting within the site. This position works with a globally focused team of experienced professionals.
This role owns the execution of short-term plans and Materials related projects within their assigned functional area. They are expected to respond to a variety of issues, contribute to solutions, coordinate with cross functional teams and drive improvements within their functional area(s).
This is a collaborative role with interactions and coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Product Development. This role focuses on contributing to achieve on time delivery, inventory targets, materials management strategies and materials initiatives. This position will support Materials governance principles and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Primary Responsibilities:
Set plans and execute on short to medium term strategies and projects (up to 2 years) for materials management functional areas.
Ensure materials compliance through the adherence to company rules, policies, guidelines and audits applicable to the site.
Follow up on leading key performance indicators associated with functional areas performance and reports on corrective actions.
Communicate product group performance related to inventory, delivery and cost.
Support and provide input on processes to optimize SIOP, capacity planning, production and inventory planning that is aligned with applicable policies and established goals for the area.
Integrate the flow of materials and information to optimize operational objectives through training and strategic projects.
Engage and collaborate on Materials projects and initiatives across the site.
Foster collaboration within discipline to execute product flow strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communications
Participate in Materials leader forums and GMTs focused on SIOP maturity, training and career roadmap.
Contribute to SAP planning parameter compliance and process adherence within scope of work.
Developing and making presentations to management and others on the team.
Engage in key projects, including product transfers, new product introductions, business systems applications, supplier integration, logistics or other related projects within scope of work.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and less than 12 months of experience
Must be a US Citizen
