Work Location: This position will be Hybrid with remote work and based out of our Concordia/Sedalia, MO locations.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Purpose: Executing design projects across the Marketing Department, ensuring all visual content aligns with BTC Bank's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphic content for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, websites, digital ads, and social media graphics.
• Ensure all designs align with BTC Bank’s brand identity, emphasizing our legacy in agriculture, community support, and youth engagement.
• Lead our team of internal brand ambassadors, ensuring they are well-equipped with necessary resources and training to communicate BTC Bank's visual brand in their branches effectively.
• Serve as the lead brand manager across all BTC Bank branches, educating all employees on the brand’s values and visual identity to ensure a unified and consistent representation.
• Develop and maintain brand templates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials, enabling other team members to utilize our visual identity effectively in their projects.
• Assist with basic video editing tasks for marketing campaigns and social media content, enhancing our visual storytelling with motion graphics and simple edits.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that communicate our message and values effectively.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual aspect of our marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to keep our branding fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or at least five years of design experience.
• Proven expertise in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and project types.
• Excellent proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems is beneficial.
• Three to five years of experience with creative marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Excellent creative skills are required for promotional concepts and overall bank and agriculture marketing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.

Working Conditions:

• This job operates in a normal office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files, and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
