Job Purpose: Responsible for facility maintenance and keeping the facilities clean and in good working order. Will provide courier services for the bank as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reports to supervisor to receive daily assignments.

· Responsible for courier services to other BTC branches as needed.

· Wash interior windows.

· Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods, etc.

· Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks.

· Open clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.

· Does touch up painting and repaints rooms as required.

· Assists in snow removal when needed.

· Removes weeds and brush and does other lawn care duties as assigned.

· Ensure Bank property is free of trash and other debris.

· Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.

· Maintains tools and maintains tools and maintenance equipment in good working order and keeps maintenance room in neat and orderly condition.

· Cleans bathrooms and designated offices daily and as needed.

· Ensures the Drive-thru is kept clean and free of leaves and other debris and trash daily.

· Assist with holiday and other decorating as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be a steady, reliable, and responsible individual. Be able to read simple instructions and follow diagrams. Have general knowledge of equipment used in the building trades and be able to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions. Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to drive up to 60 miles or more a day.

Working Conditions:

· This job will be working internally and externally on bank properties.

Physical Requirements:

· This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to climb ladders. This position requires bending, stooping, climbing, or standing as necessary to perform repairs and other manual labor.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the Company policy.

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
