Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a banquet, hospitality, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology is required
- Familiarity with food handling safety guidelines is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old due to serving alcohol requirements
