A Square Group (ASG), a veteran in federal government contracting, seeks a seasoned AWS Cloud Architect to spearhead our Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) program initiatives. A Square Group (ASG) is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for our Zero Tolerance Architecture (ZTA) program. This role requires a blend of expertise in program management, cloud strategies, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity within a Zero Trust framework.

Job Description:

The Senior Program Manager will lead large-scale, complex IT platform service offerings, focusing on Zero Trust implementation, cloud migrations, and program governance in a high-security environment. Manages multiple task orders working with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (KO). Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions are maintained to DoD operational levels, and product schedules in the task order are implemented promptly and meet customer expectations. Performs enterprise-wide product integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems and external customer organizations. Manages the contract staff key personnel and ensures smooth team functionality and delegation of tasks.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the development and operational management of Zero Trust cybersecurity programs.
• Craft and implement cloud strategies, particularly in AWS and Azure environments.
• Lead DevSecOps initiatives, integrating security into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage compliance with standards like ISO, NIST, GDPR, and CMMC.
• Drive program risk assessments using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Liaise with executive leadership to align ZTA programs with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing enterprise systems.

What We Need:

• Extensive IT and cybersecurity experience, with a focus on Zero Trust Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree w/ master’s degree or Project Manager Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience of at least 5 years specializing in Federal Government projects & programs. With 20 years’ experience, no degree is needed, but at least 5 years must be as a Project Manager w/experience in platform services and DevSecOps.
• In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading large IT and cybersecurity projects in government and commercial sectors.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (Microsoft Office), and Adobe Acrobat.

Even Better:

• Experience in AI/ML technologies, digital engineering, and cloud migrations.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, ITIL v3, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, and Agile.
• Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and complex IT programs.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively.

Clearance Level:

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
