Bryce’s Lawn Service is a local lawn care and landscape company based out of Waukesha, WI. We specialize in complete lawn care and landscape maintenance for residential and smaller scale commercial properties. We have a small business atmosphere where employees play an important role in the company. We have an immediate opening for an experienced full time staff accountant/human resources representative. This is a very fast paced, detail oriented, and deadline driven position that reports directly to the president.

This position will include-
-Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
-Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
-Checking accounts for any discrepancies to ensure complete accuracy.
-Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
-Processing daily employee worksheets, invoicing customers, and job costing.
-Processing time sheets and payroll including benefits, PTO, and 401k contributions.
-Accounts payable ensuring all bills are paid on time and accurately.
-Accounts receivable including following up with past due accounts.
-Entering and tracking all company expenses as well as ensuring bills are accurate.
-Receiving customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card) and performing deposits.
-Annual tax preparations.
-Daily audit of company bank accounts.
-Process employee records and help set up employees with payroll or benefits and answer their questions.
-Pricing out and analyzing insurance providers (commercial/health/vision) policies as well as ensuring all vehicles in fleet are registered.
-Maintaining complete accuracy while upholding GAAP principles.
Required education, skills, and experience-
-Accounting-Minimum of 3 years
-Highly Proficient With Quickbooks-Minimum of 3 years
-Minimum of an Associates in Accounting
-Experience with Excel, Word, and G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)-Minimum of 3 years
-Ability to use office equipment-company phones, printers, scanners
-Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
-Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
-Confidentiality regarding all sensitive information is a must.

This would be a salary based position. Salary to be determined based on experience and performance. Our team will train and mentor as necessary to ensure you will excel.
