Positions and Requirements-

Landscaping and maintenance Crew Leader -These positions would involve landscape projects including, dingo work, pruning/trimming, Bed creation, mulching/edging, planting, seeding, and more. Plant, tree, shrub and weed Identification needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to lead, and train a team of 1-8 individuals to be a crew leader. 3.0 Pesticide license required or obtained within 90 days. Snow plow/salt truck operator in winter.

Fertilizer Applicators-This position would apply fertilizers and herbicides. Includes operation of a Z-Sprayer and sometimes a push spreader. 3.0 Applicator License required. Must be self-motivated and able to work on your own. 1 year of experience preferred.

Pay based on experience. Must ensure all work is completed with excellent quality, while meeting time and material budgets.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and Crew Members-This position would involve primarily maintenance services such as lawn maintenance, zero turn mowing, line trimming, spring/fall clean-ups.

Landscaping Crew Leader and Crew Members-This position would involve landscape projects including, planting, seeding, and more. Must be able to lead, and train a team of 1-5 individuals to be a crew leader.

Shrub Trimming Crew Leader and Crew Members-This leader position requires ability to identify weeds, plants and shrubs and to prune to industry standards.

Weed Management Crew Leader and Crew Members-Plant care, hand weeding, and back pack weed control. This leader position requires ability to identify weeds and plants. 3.0 Applicator License required for spraying.

Valid driver license required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

These are year round positions with lawn care and landscaping work in the summer and snow removal work in the winter.
