Job Description:
This position oversees the clinical unit of Med/Surg. The Director is responsible for the clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of the Med Surg. Director roles are house-wide, functional, multidisciplinary, and service-oriented. The director follows the established leadership principles. Accepts leadership as a sacred trust. Exhibits pride of ownership being customer-focused, strategically oriented, demonstrates teamwork, and delegates appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License to practice in the State of Montana
- BSN is required and higher education is preferred
- A minimum of five years of progressive clinical management experience
- Medical Surgical director-level experience is preferred
- Experience with Project Management and process improvement initiatives/projects
- Experience collaborating with physicians
