Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a courteous manner
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures is advantageous
