Job Description: Full charge bookkeeper with some office support duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain account receivables and payables.
- Make general ledger entries using Quickbooks.
- Analyze profit and loss and generate monthly reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist service department in customer service and the scheduling of maintenance projects.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with accounts receivable and payroll processing
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
