Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement curriculum, provide instruction, and assess student progress. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including Math, English, Science, and Social Studies
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and engage students
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students as needed

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of diverse backgrounds
- Classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
- Understanding of childhood development principles
