About the position: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, trustworthy and reliable individual to join our team at the Boardwalk Village in Celina as a Groundskeeper. This is a year-round, part-time opportunity that will provide a bit of flexibility depending on season and schedules. The Groundskeeper must be helpful, outgoing and take pride in the appearance of the property. The ideal candidate will be mature, able to work independently, and someone we can rely on to prioritize and complete ever-changing tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pick up trash and keep the grounds in pristine condition
• Saturday and Sunday walk throughs and trash collection will be needed
• Empty public trash cans
• Clean cobwebs on buildings
• Clean grilling station
• Straighten pool and outdoor furniture
• Monitor Pool House – empty trash cans, refill paper towels and toilet paper, spot clean as needed
• Check pool chemicals, levels and provide basic pool maintenance
• Snow and ice removal
• Minor repairs as needed
• Spot clean as needed
• Provide general support to management as you grow in your experience
• Possible after hours contact for some emergencies
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Mowing and mulching may be included based on the individual's preference
