We are looking for someone to assist us in our IT department. Our ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, experienced in technical issues and eager to grow as they gain experience and ability. This position will be based out of our Celina, OH office and can be full time or part time (20-30 hours per week). If part time, we can be flexible on hours and days as long as a routine schedule can be made with working hours being between 7:00am and 5:00pm, not evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in software and hardware upgrades, updates, and repairs
• Add or update workstations for staff
• Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for peak performance efficiency
• Assist with help desk support requests
• Help with maintaining internet services, firewalls, and VoIP systems
• Provide in person and remote technical assistance to staff as needed
• Assist with building and maintaining networks
• Assist with server maintenance and backups
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Ability to travel between divisions, mostly St. Henry and Piqua
