We do large dirt projects, manufacturing facilities, reroof projects, warehousing, renovation, schools and church work. Description:

• Manage day to day dirt work operations on the jobsite
• Oversee Equipment Operators and other construction staff to ensure completion of tasks by scheduled time
• The applicant will responsible for running bulldozers, excavators, skid loaders, and other construction equipment
• Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget
• Quality control on the jobsite
• Work will be done mainly on industrial, commercial and institutional projects
• Assist with training and development of staff
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on leader
• High school diploma/GED
• Competence with hand tools associated with the craft
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• A basic understanding of how to read blueprints
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions to see the project completed as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible
