Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome guests by greeting them; offering them assistance
- Ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service in person and over the phone
- Advise customers by providing information on retail and resort products
- Answer all questions, providing detailed information and establishing trust with the customer to close of sale
- Describe and promote products in line with customer's express needs
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Complete sales transactions by accurately and efficiently ringing up customer sales
- Cash handling, including end of day reconciliation
- Friendly, energetic personality
- Excellent Listening / Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment by multi-tasking with multiple customers and responsibilities
- Experience working with a point-of-sale system a plus
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
