Job SummaryThe BM & SGD oversees the branding and design efforts of Brundage Mountain Resort and supports the overall goal of increasing sales and revenue. In collaboration with the Marketing Director and business unit managers, is responsible for developing, implementation, and execution of all physical and digital visual assets’ look and feel. Work closely with the Marketing Director to support growth of the Brundage brand and its environmental design, including retail merchandising.
Graphic design all materials needed for Brundage Mountain Resort and Brundage Mountain Resort Realty, and Activity Barn including digital and traditional Ads, website graphics, trail map, rack cards, retail lines, etc.
Own all visual content on brundage.com and subsites.
Own Brundage’s brand and make sure it is always accurately represented visually across all mediums.
Manage all visual assets and help provide photographers and videographers with support and direction.
Create and stay in contact with design and sign shops and vendors.
Oversee all visual aspects of marketing, email, and social media campaigns.
Support Brundage with events, daily operations, etc during ski and bike season.
Ability to manage specific departments output.
Grow the Brundage brand.
Help develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across all segments.
Manage and support various marketing or other projects and initiatives.
Review and refine brand and design processes and procedures.
Review, update, and optimize website content as required.
Assist with marketing project management.
Assist with communication strategies and content creation.
Communicate and collaborate regularly with department managers.
Propose creative solutions to attract new customers.
Hire, manage, train, retain, coach, and develop marketing staff members, while upholding Brundage policies.
