Customer service support Engineer position will be responsible for high level pre- and post-sales Service and Application support of Bruker Nano Surface’s Fluorescent Microscopy (FM) lightsheet (SPIM) products and accessories in North America region.
This role is responsible for customer instrumentation and application support including: installation, user training, instrument and applications diagnostics and on-site repair and provides in the field scientific applications support. Individual must be customer focused with a strong technical background enabling our customers to maintain their instrument at peak performance and maximize productivity for their intended use case.

The position reports to the Bruker FM-L WW Service and Applications Manager.
LOCATION
The preferred location for the position is West, Midwest or East coast regions. Travel in North America regions will account for 60% of the time.
