Job Scope:

As a member of the BRC Trim Team, the Fine Trimmer will assist the trim department to ensure only high-quality products are being sent to the customer. This position requires visually examining rubber products and trimming off excess flash with various tools and methods. This position is the last person to see the end product before shipment to our customer.

Responsibilities:

• Fine Trim rubber parts with tools such as utility blades and X-Acto knives
• Quality inspects rubber parts for defects and other cosmetic issues
• Ensure finished parts conform to specifications and quality standards
• Read work orders to determine product specifications or material requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas using carts
• Count and/or weight and bundle items for shipping
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.27 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
