This is a new, growth position within the Trim Department. The Adhesive Applicator will ensure only high-quality products are being sent to the customer. This position requires the planning and prepping of metal inserts for production and is responsible for applying adhesive to a variety of substrate materials. This position is critical to quality parts production in molding.

Responsibilities:

• Read work orders to determine product specifications or material requirements
• Schedule and plan parts for degreasing and coating to ensure production readiness
• Apply various adhesives to metal inserts using a spray gun or paint brushes
• Ensure adhesives meet bonding cure specifications
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas using carts
• Other duties as assigned

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
