SST is seeking an Administrative Skills Trainer
Note: This position is for a three-month, 40-hour/week position, serving at JBSA Lackland. The period may be extended.
Job description:
Establish and maintain an electronic filing system for a Government sharepoint system used by a small JBSA-Lackland office staff.
Train a small non-administrative/technical office staff on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, proper file establishment and maintenance procedures, and developing PowerPoint briefings.
Train office staff on Microsoft Teams
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Four years of federal Government administrative experience.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and administrative skills.
US citizen
Expert knowledge of, and ability to train small groups on Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
Highly desirable:
Working knowledge of Microsoft "Project"
