Job Summary:
Browning Contractors, Inc. is a leading underground construction company for the Central Valley. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mechanic shop setting and possess strong organizational and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Computerize and maintain office records, documents and invoices
-Schedule heavy equipment and vehicles maintenance as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform data entry tasks with precision
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Track inventory and order parts as instructed by Shop Manager
- Provide general administrative support to staff
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in heavy equipment and automobiles
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
