Brownies and Bites is a dessert bakery and coffee shop located in Fremont specializing in decadent and fun brownies and cookies. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and fun-loving people to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting and packaging brownies, bars, and desserts
• Make coffee and espresso drinks
• Process payments
• Keep a clean and tidy storefront
• Answer phones
• Fold boxes and packaging
• Restock shelves and displays
• Assist lead baker with dessert preparation and decoration (e.g., cutting and assembling brownies, cleaning kitchen, folding boxes)

Requirements:

• A great attitude!
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people
• Food handler's permit (preferred, but not required)
• 18 years old
• Proven track record of being able to work independently without supervision
• Weekend and evening availability is a must
