• Producing Manager-  This position combines personal sales with sales operations leadership. You walk alongside other producers to enhance their skills in prospecting, closing, and relationship management. You take advantage of internal cross selling opportunities with the Property & Casualty team.
• Grandfathered Accounts – The agency can ease this transition from your current role with the transfer of substantial revenue from within the current portfolio.
• An Equity Stake – From day one you’ll work closely with the executive team as the process to build or retool the department gets underway. With success in personal sales and team leadership they see an easy path to be invited into their ownership group. 

Skills & Experience

• To be considered for this opportunity the organization wants at least five (5) years of successful experience as a group employee benefits producer.
• Business development experience and the ability to lead are paramount traits.
• Can create and implement cross selling strategies as well as coach, mentor, and lead others on the team.
