We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
