Memory Care Enrichment Coordinator Full Time Days 
Brothers of Mercy is WNY’s largest 5-star Senior Wellness Campus. Located east of Buffalo, we consistently rank on WNY’s “Best Places to Work” list. Sacred Heart Home, part of the Brothers of Mercy Continuum of Care, is an Adult Home providing assistive living services to seniors.

Our Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading daily group activities and creating diverse and interesting programs.

We are always looking for positive, dependable, caring individuals to join our team to meet the growing demand in our community for quality care. Enrichment Coordinator duties include:

• Works within HIPAA, Corporate Compliance and Resident’s Rights policies.
• Leads daily group activities. This includes evening and weekend programs.
• Assists creating diverse and interesting programs.
• Conducts with 1:1 programs as well as group.
• Assists in planning the monthly calendar.
• Maintains records of program attendance.
• Assists in maintaining supplies and inventory.
• Complete various projects assigned by the Administrator and/or Department Directors.
• Reports any changes with the residents’ health or participation to the Director of Enrichment and the Health Services staff
• Adheres to the established policy and procedures of the facility.

Qualifications

• Must have one year experience in a recreation setting or long-term care setting

• Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and a clean driving record.
