The Security District Manager (DM) will report to the Regional Manager (RM) and communicate any action plans that may impact the customer. The District Manager is responsible for delivering service to the client while continuously improving the client relationship, ensuring quality assurance, and contract compliance. The DM is also responsible for the accuracy in addition to the completion of the weekly schedules. The DM supervises the Regional Account Managers and directs a team of Supervisors within their designated client-level interaction within their market, reporting within their market and reporting any relevant information to the RM and necessary BRC Function leaders.
