MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES:

• The Executive Operations Officer will be responsible for managing all non-instructional functions, services, and staff and has responsibility for maintaining operational excellence and fiscal prudence aligned with BOCES mission, vision, and core values. Responsibilities also include creating, refining, and implementing operational policies and procedures, to create the highest level of efficiency possible.
• This inspired leader will demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships and maintain a collaborative culture across multiple business units and school district communities.
• As a people and community builder, the candidate must be an effective communicator that empowers others and has a growth mindset always striving for continuous improvement.
• The successful candidate will be a visionary role model acting with the utmost integrity and ethics in service to the public school system.
• All BOCES leaders are expected to assume additional responsibilities when assigned
