Duties:
- Answer phone calls and · Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Perform data entry tasks using computerized systems
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
