Reporting to a planning manager, you will be a part of the team that is essential to our ability to maintain the leadership position we have in our industry. In this Cincinnati-based position, you will represent either a particular category (liquids as an example), or a particular site, as we move our finished goods through production.

• Efficiency and Optimization: Manage the daily production schedule to ensure customer orders are manufactured observing commitments to customers. Build relationships at site, region and globally within the Supply Chain organization and cross-departmentally. Build relationships to ensure successful execution of production plans. Help develop training programs, manuals and methods of implementation to assure stable and best practice execution.

• Partner and Influence: Keep customer care and operations team advised of any order issue affecting service levels. Update order information as warranted. Work with material planners to resolve raw material issues. Build constructive relationship with partners and teams such as Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Material planning, Quality, Transport, and GBS Supply Planning.

• Learn and Develop: Develop an understanding of the replenishment and production systems including MRP, demand and capacity. Develop understanding of technological, food safety and dietary require-ments around produced items and production sites, such as allocation matrix, Halal, Kosher. Perform special projects to increase efficiency of Planning Department and site. Keep current by having keen attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a sense of urgency as you work on cross functional teams.

You?

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• 4 years related experience
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP), production planning and inventory management principles
• Experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• APICS certification or similar supply chain training a plus
• Lean, Six Sigma certifications a plus
