Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Staff Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a very fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties:
- Assist/ Make high volume of breakfast and lunch sandwiches correct and following customer specifications
- Organize order slips according to time and pickup or delivery
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Attention to detail putting customer orders together
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
