Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is Hiring a Handyman Near Brooklyn, NY
The Albert C. Wiltshire Employment Center recruits qualified candidates for positions within the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a 300-acre industrial park housing over 400 businesses within the manufacturing, food, media, technology, and creative fields.
A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based production and support facility is seeking one to multiple full-time permanent Handyman. The candidate must have the following skill sets:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- HVAC
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience. A single candidate does not need to have all of the above skills but experience in 2-3 of them is ideal. The general work week is 40 hours, OT eligible. Pay will increase within the range of $19 - $28 per hour depending on experience. Health/dental/vision/life insurance/STD/LTD paid sick leave and vacation are offered.
