Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, banquets, and food service, with a strong focus on customer service. Knowledge of cocktails, drink making techniques, beverage cost, and food safety regulations is essential.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages to members following standard recipes
- Interact with members, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality standards
