BrookLAN is New York’s for Gaming & Esports. From video game consoles to kitchen, we are looking for part-time staff to help in our mission of creating the best possible hub for the gaming community.

This job posting is for a single job despite the many categories it falls under because our Barback position is a catch-all position.

The very basic job role is to bus tables, do dishes, wash glassware, run food, sweep, mop, clean, and simply help the kitchen and bar staff accomplish their jobs as efficiently as possible.

This job's emphasis lies in customer service during open hours, and cleaning the restaurant during closed hours.

Barbacks have the unique opportunity of seeing every side of the business and gain a complete perspective on the restaurant's operation.
