Brookgreen Gardens is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Murrells Inlet, SC

Brookgreen Gardens is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our esteemed team. Performing general office support duties and offering specialized assistance primarily to the finance department, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations within our administrative building. Situated in the administrative offices building, the Administrative Specialist always upholds professionalism, serving as the first point of contact for distinguished guests including board members and other esteemed individuals visiting our CEO or other personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk reception area with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing information about our programs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries with warmth and efficiency, ensuring excellent customer service for all callers.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing incoming emails, packages, and mail, and assisting with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Support the Finance Department by assisting with various tasks and special projects as well as assisting with cashiering, ticket redemptions, and invoice processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, as needed.
