Position: Live-out or Live-in Cook & Housekeeper

Location: Wilton, CT

Hours: Full-time position, Monday Friday, 9am 7pm with 2-hour break

Salary: $30/hour

An exciting opportunity is available for a Full-time Cook/Housekeeper. Our client resides in Wilton, CT for six months and spends the other six months in Florida. The candidate will be based in Wilton, CT, taking care of the client's home and providing culinary services. During the client's stay in Florida, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the CT home.

Role Responsibilities:

Cooking:

Provide lunch and dinner

Prep house for weekend/day off food needs

Plan weekly menus and track favorite foods/meals

Shop, and manage weekly food purchases and pantries

Maintain cleanliness of all food service surfaces and equipment

Housekeeping:

Responsible for overall cleanliness and care of the residence. Cleaning all rooms of residence and caring for all furnishings, finishes, upholsteries, linens, draperies, and facilities.

Laundry to be done on a routine schedule. Wash, fold, iron, hang and return to storage in an organized manner. Careful handwashing of items and stain treatments.

Develop a routine cleaning schedule to cover all areas of the home on a weekly basis

Run errands, order and restock supplies as needed

Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas daily

Receive packages at the residence and notify the client
