We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The Manager of Infection Prevention directs and coordinates the infection control program in the hospital. The Manager oversees and is responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting and the reporting of healthcare associated infections. Supports the development of evidence-based organizational infection prevention policies/standards that meet state, federal, regulatory and accrediting agencies standards.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (Depending on Experience & Education)

Responsibilities:

-Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as needed
- Oversee sterile processing procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide family planning guidance and support
- Conduct venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures when necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- RN License or ASCP Certification
- Management experience
- Basic life support (BLS) Certification
- Experience in infection prevention
- Supervisory experience
- Team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities
